The guy with the red hair and glasses has got to be one of the rudest and most arrogant person I have met. With my experience in customer service I feel his attitude is totally unacceptable for his profession. After spending hundreds of dollars and even helping them him out before. The level of respect he show’s customers is outrageous. I will go out of my way my to avoid him, in fact as long as he is working there I will spend my money at another store.

The Customer service was the worst I’ve ever experienced. Seems to be a common problem here after reading through other people’s reviews. The jaycar Bloke with the red hair and glasses was extremely rude and unhelpful. Won’t be shopping here again.

Had the misfortune of looking for my requirement’s at this store have been there in the past no problem but this occasion found the Service poor, the guy that attended to me was rude and very unhelpful didn’t end up getting what I needed won’t be back

Jaycar electronics, for me, is so handy. There's not many shops like this around, so Jaycar Electronics is the go-to shop for any on my electronics or electrical needs. Their parts range is absolutely huge and they usualy allways have what I need. Weather, it's a couple of transistors or some new diodes and a few resistors, new switches, or just need a new power supply they allways habe what ya need

Our Kings campervan fridge suddenly stopped working for which l expected to have to buy a new one. Taking the electrical cord to this Jaycar outlet for checking and expecting the worst, I was delighted when the manager quickly diagnosed the problem as merely a blown fuse in the plug, a replacement fuse costing a mere 90c in contrast to what I thought was going to be $$$ for a new fridge. I’d have given five stars except for the manager’s undisguised irritation and gruffness throughout. I’ll still return to that business but hope to seek out a salesman with a less abrasive attitude.
